By purchasing a program/service from Creya for the MeerKats Summer Camps or the i3 Program or Creya XEL for schools, you undertake to confirm that you have read, understood and agree to below:
1. Follow all instructions and precautions as advised by staff or Creya / T-Works or school as relevant to the place of delivery of the program
2. To a release of liability agreement and that neither Creya nor T-Works are held liable for any unforeseen accidents or injuries that may happen despite the best care and precautions taken by all personnel present during the program discharge at the facilities of T-Works or any facility where Creya staff are delivering program to students
3. To allow usage of all content including photos and videos captured during the camp or i3 program for dissemination on websites and online and print channels Creya / T-Works
4. That Program experience, activities and outcomes definition is the sole prerogative of Creya Learning and the activities mentioned may change for reasons including but not limited to improving experience , engagement, outcomes and availability of parts
5. That should any student for any reason discontinue the camp or program purchased for any reason, no partial refunds are owed to them
6. That Creya / T-Works retain the right to cancel any program prior to commencement without assigning any reason and in such cases, refunds will be processed in 7 days for the program fee
