Dr. Gururaj Karajagi is a renowned educationist, published researcher, curriculum designer, columnist, writer, and TV personality. He has served as a member of the State Resource Group (SRG) for the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the colleges of Karnataka.

Dr. Karajagi was a long-time Principal of the V.V.S. First Grade College for Women, Bangalore and a Director of the V.V.S. Academic and Administrative College, Bangalore; the founder Principal and Academic Director of the Jain International Residential School, Bangalore, as well as the founder Director of the International Academy for Creative Teaching (ACT), Bangalore.

Through ACT, Dr. Karajagi has been instrumental in building over 40 high quality schools worldwide. His areas of interest include Creativity, Creative & Critical Problem Solving Skills, Communication skills, Motivation, Work Ethics and Human Values.

Dr. Vidya Shetty is a teacher of English literature, education and linguistics; and a trainer, writer, curriculum designer and researcher with administrative and managerial experience in school and collegiate education, curriculum development and implementation.

Starting as a lecturer at St. Agnes College, Mangalore, Dr. Shetty later had illustrious tenures as the Principal of Presidency Schools, the Director of the Presidency Group of Institutions, Bangalore; Principal of Presidency College; and Director of Manipal K-12 Education and Director-Academics for Pearson Schools.

Dr. Shetty has designed a unique Humanities programme for Shrishti School for Art, Design and Technology, and developed the EFL and ESL programme for foreign learners. Presently, she is also the Editor-in-chief of MENTOR magazine, and a Director for Edumedia India Pvt. Ltd.                                    

An experienced, practicing educator and textbook author of 30 years, Mr. Kaisar Dopaishi has developed productive student-focused environments to maximize learning experiences in international/public residential/day schools.

Mr. Dopaishi has been in leadership positions in renowned residential schools such as Barnes school(Devlali), Sherwood College(Nainital) and Kodaikanal International School. He is part of the IB examination body, the accreditation team for IB & Middles States Association of Schools and Colleges, and a Philadelphia workshop leader for IB Economics and general pedagogy.

Mr. Dopaishi has worked in the American High School Diploma, IGCSE, ICSE and ISC areas. He received the 12th Sankaracharya Jayendra Saraswathi National Award for his outstanding contribution to education by the National Education Society & Saraswathi Vidya Bhavan.
